sign-me is your electronic signature for all documents for which you require a very high level of probative value. Once the identification procedure has been completed, the signature can be triggered via a mobile device. This allows you to sign digitally at any time, regardless of location and hardware.

sign-me remote signatures for self-employed and private individuals

The sign-me remote signature solution portal makes it possible for self-employed persons and private individuals to sign documents electronically in a legally compliant manner that fulfils written form requirements via a user-friendly platform. This does not require any additional hardware, such as a reader or signature card as a secure creation device (OSCD).

Yes, by using the sign-me remote signature to create an electronic signature, you meet the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation. Every qualified signature provided with sign-me is legally secure and has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

Absolutely! The D-Trust seal-me remote sealing service can also be easily connected to the sign-me API. This integration is possible in all connection versions, whether directly via a specialised application, the D-Trust Signature Server or a partner application. This allows the personal signature of a natural person to be linked to a secure proof of origin from the organisation – i.e., a seal – if required.

The signature certificates from sign-me do not currently support information concerning organisational affiliation. However, a practical alternative to this is to combine the signatures from sign-me with a seal from the organisation. In addition, the signature cards from D-Trust offer the option of adding information on organisational affiliation to signature certificates.
